Jessie Lunderby has been suspended from her job as a detention officer in a rural community in Arkansas after posing nude for oogling fans on Playboy.com.

Officials of the Washington County Arkansas Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kelly Cantrell says Jessie, a 21-year-old wife and mother, was placed on leave Sunday, depending an investigation into whether or not she violated department conduct by appearing in the saucy snaps earlier this month.

Lunderby, who has worked for the local sheriff’s office since 2007, is being investigated for possible violation of department policy barring “conduct unbecoming of an officer” and for failing to get permission for off-duty work — all thanks to her big debut as Playboy Cyber Girl of the Week. For her part, Jessie says she told her supervisors about the shoot beforehand and that it wasn’t an issue until after the photos came out.

“I was placed on leave on Sunday after the story broke last week, but I do not know what all the fuss is about. I enjoyed my job and had worked there for two years, but I don’t like the way my bosses have treated me over this,” a “digusted” Lunderby tells RadarOnline.com. “They knew about it, I informed them about it. I had plenty of time to say ‘No, it can’t come out. No, I don’t want it to be out.’ They never said no.”

Chief Deputy J.J. Cantrell believes Jessie’s Playboy pictorial reflects poorly on the entire department. “We are still determining what to do but I can confirm that she is on paid administrative leave. At present we believe that she was guilty of two policy violations within our department,” says the chief. “It just beams directly back to this organization and does it represent what we stand for which is to protect and serve the community, is that how we want to be represented.”
