2nd celebrity booted from 'Dancing with the Stars'

LOS ANGELES - Ted McGinley from "Married with Children" has gotten a divorce from "Dancing with the Stars." The actor and his professional partner, Inna Brayer, were eliminated Wednesday from ABC's dancing competition.

The pair received a score of 19 out of 30 from the show's judges Tuesday following their mambo routine. McGinley was sent packing after his score — the third-lowest — was combined with viewer votes.

"It's been a lot of fun," McGinley said after his ouster. "You know, I know there's a lot of guys sitting at home with a beer in their hand having a little chuckle at me. You know what? Thank you for that. I appreciate it. I'm one of the guys. I guess I'll always be one of the guys. Some of us aren't meant to dance, I guess."

Comedian Jeffery Ross and partner Edyta Sliwinska were dismissed Tuesday after the remaining couples performed a new dance.

Model-actress Brooke Burke dominated the dancing competition Tuesday, scoring a 26 for a quick-step routine. The former host of E!'s "Wild On" and dancing partner Derek Hough also claimed the top score during Monday's premiere.

The celebrities remaining in the competition include celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito; former National Football League star Warren Sapp; TV personalities Burke and Kim Kardashian; singers Lance Bass and Toni Braxton; Olympic gold medalists Maurice Greene and Misty May-Treanor; and actresses Cloris Leachman, Cody Linley and Susan Lucci.

With so many celebs dressed to impress at this year's ceremony, it was incredibly difficult to determine our Top 10 style standouts. Click through this star-studded slideshow to see if you agree with our selections.

The evening's best-dressed woman was undoubtedly Brooke Shields. The "Lipstick Jungle" lead looked fabulous in a fuchsia Badgley Mischka gown and youthful tresses.

Past winner Mariska Hargitay ("Law & Order: Special Victims Unit") brought some much-needed sunshine to the soiree in a yummy yellow frock.

"Project Runway" hostess with the mostess Heidi Klum stole the spotlight in an Armani Privé metallic masterpiece.

"Ugly Betty" vixen Vanessa Williams was the epitome of elegance in a black-and-white, one-shoulder custom dress courtesy of Kevan Hall.

Vanessa's costar America Ferrera looked anything but "Ugly" in a beautiful black ruched dress, sexy patterned pumps, and soft curls.

"Samantha Who?" star Christina Applegate wowed the crowd in a Grecian gown, ruby red lips, and matching baubles.

"Desperate Housewives" star Felicity Huffman accentuated her flawless frame in a shimmering ensemble and cute, updated coif.

Felicity's fellow Wisteria Lane resident Marcia Cross put women half her age to shame in a classic updo, ethereal Elie Saab dress, and diamonds from Hearts on Fire.

Former "Seinfeld" star and current "The New Adventures of Old Christine" comedienne Julia Louis-Dreyfus impressed in a perfect pink Narciso Rodriguez creation.


"Top Chef" siren Padma Lakshmi sizzled in a saucy gold gown by Monique Lhuillier.
